Hurricane-impact rated skylight withstands high velocity winds of 153 mph meeting strict Miami-Dade impact codes. Manufactured of polycarbonate that is more impact-resistant than acrylic, completely assembled out of the box and ready to install on a new or pre existing site built curb. Holes are pre-drilled and fasteners are included for ease of installation. Miami-Dade county approved; Florida building code approved and Texas department of insurance approved. Tested and BCCO certified for HVHZ (high velocity hurricane zone) wind-borne debris area in accordance with FBC TAS 201, 202 and 203; design pressure +65/-65 psf. Completely assembled out of the box.
