This is a 220V AC power model, please insure the two Hot/L wires from unit are connected to the two Hot of the 220V power source, instead of the Natural which ends up with 110V supply only. Mistaken wired to a 110V source may still turn on the unit but it will not get heat up.

One year Warranty. We process free exchange within 48 hrs for any defect reported at time of delivery & installation. Glass damaged is NOT included in warranty, except damaged by transportation/delivery.

Item comes without plug, so customer can either hard wire it to the 220-240V wall outlet, or reconfigure to any plug type of their choice.
