The Tiger 131 is the only operating Tiger Tank in the world. This vehicle was captured by soldiers of 48 Royal Regiment of Tanks on a hill called Djebel Djaffa on April 21, 1943. This was in the last month of the campaign in Tunisia (Africa). It is the only Tiger captured by British and American troops intact. It was brought by the Germans to Tunisia between March 22 and April 16, 1943 and brought into battle with the 48th Royal Tank Regiment near Medjez-el-Bab on April 21, 1943. This model of Tiger I 131 is created entirely of construction blocks. It is released in cooperation with the The Tank Museum in Bovington and COBI. This model faithfully reproduces the tank in the exact format and decoration as it currently exhibits in the museum. Thanks to the great care for recreating the tank's silhouette and details, the set is ideally suited as an excellent souvenir, an exhibition piece or as an addition to collectors of history or military enthusiast. The tank features numerous movable elements such as open hatches, a rotating tower, a vertically moving barrel, grenade launchers, and spinning wheels with operating tracks. This edition is the latest, improved version of our best-selling set.
