This one size fits all vest is available in either 20 or 40 lb. total weight which can be adjusted in 1/2 lb. increments. A great piece of equipment to help increase strength training and endurance. Vest offers a contour foam cushion which provides a protective layer between the nylon vest and your chest, shoulders, upper back, spine and waist areas. Cushioned flaps also secure weights in place. Touch fastener closures provided for easy on/off during workouts. Great for both men and women.Candidates selected from the results of the Eligible Register will be notified by mail of the CandidatePhysical Ability Test (CPAT) date, time and location. The exam is comprised of eight stations that will be completed in one continuous sequence. The test is graded as Pass/Fail. The maximum time allowed for passing is 10 minutes and 20 seconds.
