Bauer Speed Plate

The Bauer Speed Plate insoles feature a recovery alloy that provides you with a revolutionary customized fit that can be moulded time and time again with no ill effects. The Speed Plate insoles mould directly to your foot and increase the contact area between your foot and the outsole of the skate enabling better balance and stability at all speeds. The recovery alloy in the Speed Plate runs the full length of the insole for on-the-spot customized balance fitting. Just put them in the skate oven, insert them into your skates and stand on them. The insoles come in full sizes from 3-12 but do offer an easy trim and fit construction with a cut-line indicator should you need to adjust the length. As well, a mid-density top foam covering in high impact landing zones provides comfort over the lifetime of the insole and a grip application reduces slippage and adds stability. Lastly, the ensure the speed plate insoles are heated to the correct temperature, a thermo-chromatic print application on the inside arch changes color once temperature is reached.
